1974 Chevrolet K5 Blazer

Introduced for the 1969 model year, the Chevrolet K5 Blazer was GM’s original go-anywhere, do-anything full-size SUV. A brick on wheels, it rode on a shortened version of the C/K-series pickup chassis, which kept costs down. It also gave the SUV a relatively roomy interior and the four-wheeling prowess to rival that of its (smaller) competitors, namely the Ford Bronco, International Harvester Scout and Jeep CJ. The Blazer arrived on the market with a removable hard top, 4-wheel drive and a selection of straight-6 and small-block V-8 engines.

This 1974 Chevrolet K5 Blazer CST 4x4 is the stunning result of a frame-off restoration that included finishing it in this stunning two-tone blue and white color combination. The interior has been fitted with power-adjustable front seats with plaid cloth inserts. Under the hood is a 5.7L Vortec V-8 engine, which is backed by a 4-speed automatic transmission. Additional modifications include 18-inch wheels, side steps, a Bluetooth-capable stereo, a lifted suspension and a dual exhaust system with Borla mufflers, and the truck is also equipped with a dual-range transfer case, a removable white hardtop, Cheyenne trim, air conditioning and power steering and front disc brakes.
