Its all-new midmounted LT2 engine—a 6.2L all-aluminum, fuel-injected, dry-sump V-8—leads the way with 495 HP at 6,450 RPM and 465 lb-ft of torque at 5,150, with the performance exhaust included with this car’s Z51 Performance Package. The Z51 also adds Michelin PS4 summer performance tires, performance suspension, heated and ventilated GT2 seats, larger brake rotors with Z51 graphics, heavy-duty cooling, an electronic limited-slip differential with special axle ratio, a high-wing rear spoiler and front splitter, and front brake cooling inlets.
